Problem: Documentation goes out of date!

- gatekeepers for change: ie. analyse and document, then change
- more readily available for viewing than anything else!
- Used for training because they have it all figured out
- Used for procedural documentation because staff need diagrams to understand context
- To provide context for the User Manuals of applications

The BPMN diagram above represents a method of handling change that is built around the operating model. The point is that your organisation really needs:
- an official Process Portal that all staff consult – for Organisation, Processes and Applications
- and an agile change process that easily keeps it up to date
If staff can see diagrams like this and and good org charts, it makes a HUGE difference. If they can actually navigate through a process and into the Apps and Roles, it gives them amazing context and really empowers them. It is like they have a DIGITAL TWIN of your enterprise and they can see the VALUE CHAIN and what they contribute to make operations a success. Don’t underestimate the power of this kind of sharing.

Generate A Process Diagram Using AI
