Management then makes decisions based on this analysis as to which processes need modelling using BPMN.
High level processes can often be developed with senior managers, but it is most often the Subject Matter Experts that help describe the business processes in detail, and that happens in a subsequent engagement(s) that tie back to the business benefit we have identified.
It is possible to then use AS-IS and TO-BE process designs to consider workflow automation, hyper-automation, Master Data capability and AI.
