The third day is to wrap up my findings, confirming details or diving a bit deeper with management and operational staff and then producing a succinct report aimed at C-LEVEL to present my findings. The report will paint a picture of your organisation and highlight risks, problems and opportunities. It will also seek to outline a program of work which can inform the next stage of business transformation.
