My colleague Kevin Tan has just bottled the essence of AI usability for an organisation. He was discussing the speed at which AI works and our human inability to digest such volumes as it can produce, so we, the human can err. He simply stated that a BPMN diagram creators a LOT of information (and has a semantically completed nature) and both employees and the AI can relate to it. His conclusion about how this works out in the organisation?
“Whoever can compress a system into something a person can hold in their head and an agent can act on becomes the most valuable person in the room.”

I very much agree. I have used AI ‘in anger’ and know how Claude assists a multifaceted team. As a matter of fact, this morning when I saw Kevin’s post, I was actually distilling processes into a process hierarchy, a value chain and BPMN diagrams because the AI had spat like a lot of summarised information from interview transcripts and I needed to make better sense of it and I know my colleagues will relate to it. We will then render it as BPMN XML code and put it back into the AI, making the AI synchronise with our architecture, process framework, process design and details.
