Business Transformation takes understanding. You need to understand your current systems, workflows, data, problems and risks.
I run workshops to help visually depict your organisation model, workflows and data. Customers are consistently amazed at how well these work and how much better they perceive their organisation, process bottlenecks, problems and risks by the conclusion of the workshop.

I use an amazing business modelling platform to capture your business and can produce images of all diagrams for your documentation. My method often lets people realise their potential, with some being recognised as experts!

Being able to have a vision comes from:
a) business strategy
b) addressing problems from the Discovery phase
c) perceiving and envisioning opportunires to do things smarter or utilise technology

Having a properly illistrated vision will make a huge difference to your business, for discussions amongst the management team, as an input to planning change and even as a a basis for training!

Championing Change means being able to take the envisioned business model, line it up against the 'discovered' business model and detail the changes. Sometimes the changes are quick and easy ('low hanging fruit'), sometimes they are more time consuming and complex. I will help you consider the resources, dependencies and socialising of change to implement your 'to-be' world in sensible phases.

Steve Barnes has nearly forty years of business and IT consulting experience, has travelled internationally, guest lectured on Enterprise Web Development; sat on an Expert Panel at Queensland University of Technology for Business Process Improvement and has taught Business Analysis and Business Process Improvement courses all round Australia and New Zealand. Steve also consulted in Enterprise Business Architecture for Promendo (Brisbane) and over the past fifteen years has used several cloud based Business Process Engines.
