There are some familiar faces in Zertain’s post about St John Of God Hospitals finding a better way forward than their incumbent software, Salesforce. I had the privilege of flying to Perth for some days with Zac (PM) from Zertain to assist Roshan and Nicola from St John Of God with defining the pilot process for Creatio.
As a Business Process Architect, I value the opportunity to work with a great solution provider like Zertain and a leading NO-CODE platform like Creatio.
Over two days, we took a look at the current process and the constraints, then I modelled the new process in such a way to give them lots of flexibility and adaptability. We followed up over Teams in the coming weeks as Zertain put ‘flesh on the bones’. Creatio is great in that I can model a process and the information it works with as the business really needs it and be sure our guys can implement it as required because of the powerful and flexible Creatio business object model.
It takes some vision for a solution provider to venture into leading edge platforms. For every company that does what Zertain has done with Creatio, Workato and Caspio, there are a dozen that are still working with the previous generation of technology. Zertain is however very intent on providing value to its customers and has mastered these platforms, providing a new and powerful way of creating solutions that better fit real business requirements, in less time and with better adaptability for business growth.
There is however an old saying in the computer industry, and most of you will know it. ‘GIGO: Garbage In. Garbage Out’. That’s why when I attended the Creatio NO-CODE Day in Sydney last year, I had with me a flyer to explain how you can make a mess more rapidly with NO-CODE platforms if you don’t have a good business architect on your side! I attach it below for your amusement. Thanks to my friend Andrew Smith from Studio Solutions in Brisbane who looked at the draft I emailed him for comment and said “We need to do that properly!”. Kudos Andrew. (https://studiosolutions.com.au)
