It’s always good to look back after running training and do a bit of a ‘post-delivery review’. Feedback sheets are important of course, but many people rush filling them in. I find the best feedback is conversations with individuals. I ask during the course questions like:

"Is this delivering for you?"
"Is this addressing your problems?"
"Are you understanding the course material?"
"Do you have examples we can use to work with?"
