A have just had a walkthrough of Business Optix. It is a very capable tool that is capable of BPMN 2.0 business process design, supported by references like organisation structure, locations, documents, problems, opportunities and more. This product is a good choice for building a Digital Twin, but stops short of being a full fledged Business Process Management System. Business Optix can store resource cost and consumption data and allows you to run scenarios, making the digital twin capability valuable. The modelling aspect seems easy enough, although the UI could be more intuitive, There is apparently a rumbling happening in the back room where it seems developers may be looking at a significant UI refresh.
Are you doing full BPMS? There are no out of the box integrations to workflow or BPM systems, so this may not be your choice
Are you looking for a killer app amongst documentation tools? It is worth looking into.
Are you going to build a full on Digital Twin? Again, it is worth getting demo and diving in deeper.
I am currently doing a brief market scan of BPMN modelling and BPMS platforms. If you have one for me to review, please let me know.
